I know I am probably like a lot of people. I get a good workout playlist going on my iPod, and after a few weeks, I get totally bored. I decided to start a new blog to help me out with that. I'm going to post my playlists on here, and I invite anyone else to send me your playlists so we can get a good variety of songs going.
Feel free to send me any songs that motivate you to work out, and keep you going. Ill post a new playlist every week. I will try to get the songs listed on the playlists, so we can sample. Anytime you hear a song that you love, send it. I might not know about it yet. Also send the oldies but goodies!
Please try not to send any songs with offensive language, or an edited version for us. Thanks Guys!
